Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of service.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. By paying this you are agreeing to my terms.

2. Payment Methods:
Deposits can be made by bank transfer, cash, paypal or booksy.

3. Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking, the deposit will be forfeited. Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice subject to artist availability up to 1 time. The deposit will be transferred to the new date. 

4. Late arrivals:
If the client is late for the appointment the artist may not be able to complete the full service as scheduled. The artist reserves the right to cancel the booking if the treatment cannot be done within the time frame to a high standard and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Travel Fees:
Travel feels apply for location work and must be paid for by the client. A fee will be discussed  
during the booking process. This covers the artists time, fuel, wear and tear etc. This is non refundable.

6. Changes to Booking:
Any changes to service or number of clients must be given a months notice or full payment is required. Additional services may require an increased deposit. 

7. No Show Policy:
No shows without contact will be blocked from booking again.

8. Artist Cancellations:
In the rare event that the artist needs to cancel, the client will be offered an alternative artist (if available) with a transferred deposit directly or a full refund of the deposit. We are fully commited to our work and would only cancel in the event of emergency.

9. Agreement:
By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms & conditions.
