Our Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure that every appointment runs smoothly, professionally, and fairly for both you and our team.
They outline important information regarding bookings, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, arrival times, and treatment policies. This helps us protect our artists’ time, maintain high standards, and provide every client with the best possible experience.
By securing a booking with By Millie & Studio 89, you agree to these terms, which are designed to create clarity, consistency, and security on both sides. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation — it allows us to focus on delivering exceptional service in a calm, organised environment.





Terms & Conditions
Booking Fee Requirement
A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. The fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Bookings are not confirmed until the fee has been received.
Payment Methods
Booking fees & final payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, PayPal, or through Booksy.
Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels their booking, the booking fee will be forfeited. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to artist availability, and can be transferred once to a new date.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late, the artist may not be able to complete the full service within the scheduled time. Please give us as much notice as you can if you are running behind schedule. The artist reserves the right to cancel the appointment if the treatment cannot be carried out to a high standard within the remaining time. In this case, the fee will be forfeited.
Travel Fees & Parking
Non refundable travel fees and parking charges apply for location based bookings and must be covered by the client. The fee will be discussed during the booking process and covers the artist’s time, fuel, and associated travel costs.
Changes to Bridal Bookings
Any changes to the booked service or number of clients must be made with at least one month’s notice. Changes made within this period may require full payment. Additional services may require an increased deposit.

No Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be unable to make future bookings.
Artist Cancellations
In the unlikely event that the artist must cancel due to an emergency, the client will be offered an alternative artist (if available) with the deposit transferred, a rescheduled appointment, or a full refund of the deposit.
Patch Testing
Patch tests are recommended for treatments involving tints, dyes, henna, and lifting solutions.
If you choose to proceed without a patch test, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.
By booking the treatment, you agree that By Millie & Studio 89 and your technician cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.
Allergies & Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities at the time of booking and during consultation. This helps ensure treatments are carried out safely and appropriately.
Feedback & Concerns
Your happiness and satisfaction are extremely important to us. If you are not completely happy with your treatment, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
We are always happy to review your concerns and, where appropriate, make any reasonable adjustments or tweaks to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with your results.

By paying the deposit, booking and attending the appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
